The owner recently purchased this property as an investment and wanted to improve the living conditions for the tenants and improve the safety and curb appeal. Having the gutters cleaned routinely will keep from costly water damage down the road. The gutters were packed with leaves, debris and even plants and weeds growing out of them. First I removed the leaves and debris by hand, second: used a hand blower to remove the remaining small debris and then flushed with water to ensure a free flowing system of all downspouts. Lastly , clean up and removed all debris from the property. He was very happy with the outcome.
